Why us?

We are registered architectural practice but what make us unique is that we are also licensed to undertake construction and to sell properties.

Japan is an earthquake prone country. As a result, by law, new build and public buildings are required to meet anti-seismic standard. As architects, we try to preserve the history and the character of the original house but at the same time, we can reinforce the building structure even if that existing property does not meet the anti-seismic standard, to meet the “Revised New anti-seismic standard” during the renovation.

Reinforcing the existing structure to meet the today’s standard not only provides you with a safer environment for your family but a house that meets the current anti-seismic requirement has tax benefit associated with its mortgage.
